This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on PrepLoop at [DOMAIN].
1. One-time passes
The single-context pass ($15) and à la carte generation ($5) grant immediate access to AI generation. Because value is delivered on use, refunds are considered case by case where little or no generation has been used.
2. Subscriptions
The monthly subscription ($30/mo) can be canceled at any time from the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals. Partial-period refunds are handled case by case.
